You have a dock to tie up to and a NC wildlife launching ramp just a short distance away.

While you are here, enjoy the in-ground swimming pool ( maintained by landlord).

Cottage has 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths

 First level has 2 bedrooms, one bath and a lounging area.

Second level has two sections.

First section has 1 bedroom ( 1 Queen ) 1 bath and an area for lounging. This room has a nice view of the boat dock and waterfront.

The second section has a kitchen, living room, sunroom, 2 bedrooms ( 1 double, 1 single) and a bath.

You will need to provide your own linen and paper supplies

* Weekly Rates $1500.00 US

* Non-Refundable Reservation Fee  $25.00

* Security and Clean-up Deposit $100.00 US

* Occupancy Maximum of 8 *

* Additional NC State Sales Tax and Hotel Occupancy Tax Must Be Charged on all Rentals.

*We are following the practice of the coastal area'

50% Plus the reservation fee holds the reservation and the balance due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
